
The Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral invites the general public to participate in the selection process of Teaching Technicians for the Faculty of Maritime Engineering and Marine Sciences, with the purpose of constituting a bank of eligible candidates for the Ordinary Academic Period 2025-2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of Career and Scale of Academic Personnel of the Higher Education System, the Organic Law of Higher Education and the internal regulations of the ESPOL.
REQUIREMENTS
- Third level degree related to the area of knowledge to which it applies (area is understood as the set of related subjects).
- Continuing education.
- Experience as academic and/or academic support personnel.
- Professional experience.

REMUNERATION
The remuneration is $901.00 according to what is established in the Regulations for the Career and Rank of the Academic Staff of the Higher Education System (RECEPASES) and the Internal Regulations for the Career and Rank of the Academic and Academic Support Staff of ESPOL. STAGES OF THE PRE-SELECTION AND HIRING PROCESS FOR NON-TENURED ACADEMIC SUPPORT PERSONNEL

FINAL RESULTS
Applicants will be pre-selected if they obtain at least 60 points of the total score (evaluation phase of academic requirements and evaluation phase of competencies and interview). If in a pre-selection process there are several applicants who obtained a score higher than 60, the academic unit will request the hiring of the applicant with the highest score, the other applicants will be registered in a database.
SELECTION AND HIRING
Those applicants who were pre-selected or favored for a hiring period must present the qualifying documents for their hiring. Once the requirements have been reviewed, the hiring will be carried out according to the specific academic requirements of ESPOL. For more information, click here
INSTITUTIONAL INDUCTION PROGRAM
Those hired will undergo the Institutional Induction Program on the dates established for this purpose.
