Summary
Build foundational knowledge of marine biodiversity data through OBIS to introduce data standards and formats for publication (IPT), processing, accessing, analyzing, and visualization.
Expected learning outcomes
-Understand structured marine biodiversity marine data and increase knowledge of international standards and best practices related to observational, monitoring, species, diversity, genetic and marine data.
- Expand the network of regular OBIS data providers by making the flow of data to the responsible node manager as seamless as possible, allowing the best quality data to enter OBIS.
